Q. How long does delivery take?

A. 2 – 3 days, on average. Orders usually ship within 24 hours and are delivered within 1 – 2 days. 

Q. Can I collect my order?

A. Yes, orders can be collected at pre-arranged collection times.

Q. Where are you located?

A. Our warehouse is in Newport (South Wales).

Q. Can I track my order?

A. Yes, please send us an email (sales@resinlibrary.com) and we will supply a tracking number

Q. Where can I make a complaint?

A. We appreciate that we might not always get things right. If your order is incorrect, has missing items or one of the items has been damaged, please contact us using the above form.

Q. When will my order be dispatched?

A. The ordering process involves packing, labeling and collection scheduling. Orders are ready to be collected within 2 – 24 hours depending on size. If your order is urgent, please let us know. 

Q. I need an invoice with my order

A. Please contact us at sales@resinlibrary.com and we can generate an invoice.

Q. What delivery company do you use?

A. We use FedEx for collections/deliveries

Q. What signature options are available?

A. FedEx offers several signature options:

• Indirect signature: somebody either on site or a neighbor
• Direct signature: the person who ordered the product
• No signature: items left in a location deemed safe and secure by FedEx

Resin Library selects the ‘Indirect’ signature option by default. If you request otherwise, please let us know when you place your order. 

Technical Information

The team at Resin Library has a vast and experienced breadth of knowledge in fibreglassing work. Most of our products will have detailed Guides, Manuals and Specification Documents, in addition to Technical Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets.
