- A safe, working environment where safe equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) are readily available and COSHH, risk assessments and method statements provide the foundation of any project.
- A high standard and consistent level of training for any employees and future employees.
- The highest standard of work possible, via an effective quality control strategy to source materials from approved suppliers with high-quality, CE-marked materials.
- Compliance in commitment to preventing all accidents and incidents and take steps to minimise future occurrences via corrective and preventative action procedures (CAPA).
- Compliance with RIDDOR to ensure that any accidents, diseases and near misses are reported and dealt with accordingly.
- Operation in a socially responsible manner, encouraging energy and resource efficiency through a cycle to work scheme, regular maintenance of company vehicles and reduced electrical consumption.
- Neutral or net-negative carbon emissions by offsetting with the Carbon Footprint scheme.
- Responsible waste disposal and ideally the recycling of used materials where possible, as a means to reduce landfill.
- A sustainable, environmentally friendly product and service offering, sourcing materials free of heavy metals and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and low in carbon emissions where possible.
