Orders for Collection
Due to COVID 19, orders can only be collected in person from our depot in Newport (South Wales) via pre-arranged agreement and assigned delivery time is determined in advance.
Deliveries
Currently, we only ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland. Please contact us for a price if you require delivery outside of this area. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are based location, order weight and its type of hazardous classification. You will be able to view the amount prior to any transaction.
Our couriers deliver items to your door, so if you have any concerns about your delivery, please let us know and we will be able to tell you where it is and it’s expected delivery time. We understand many customers want their items as soon as possible and we will process them as soon as possible. Items are usually shipped the day after the order has been placed. However, due to the COVID 19 pandemic, please allow 2-5 days as delays may be likely. If you need urgent support, please email our sales team (sales@resinlibrary.com) or call us. Orders can be tracked and we will be able to notify you of it’s expected delivery time.
Be advised that deliveries must be signed for upon delivery and cannot be dropped off without a signature – with the exception that you have agreed and arranged this with our team in advance.
Items are delivered Monday – Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.
Delivery status
Once an order is placed and paid for, you will be sent an email notification that your order is in progress. If you wish to view the details of your order along with information about when to expect shipment, please email us for a tracking number. If you have any additional questions regarding your order’s current progress please email sales@resinlibrary.com.
Non-Hazardous, Hazardous, Limited Quantity
Resin Library classifies products displayed on our site as site Non-Hazardous, Hazardous or Limited Quantity.
- Non-Hazardous product examples include foam and paddle rollers, brushes, tape, glass fibre fabric and matting, etc.
- Hazardous product examples include resins, catalyst and acetone, for instance. These are sold individually, combined, or with other items like glass fibre.
- Most other products are classified as being Limited Quantity i.e. they may contain small amounts of catalyst.
Information about returning goods
Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you are able to return the goods for whatever reason, so long as they have not been opened, and are returned in the same condition as they were received.
Once an order has been paid for (by credit card or BACS), any cancellation request should be sent to sales@resinlibrary.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the cancellation. Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to show up on any credit card orders.
Return Conditions:
- You have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify us that you would like to return the goods.
- You need to notify us in writing by email, providing your order number as your reference.
- From notifying us of your wish to return the goods, you then have a further 14 days in which to return the goods to Resin Library at your expense.
- Resin Library will then refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, including a refund for the cost of shipping out to you.
Should the goods be faulty or contaminated, please notify us immediately upon receipt. You are fully covered under the Sale of Goods Act, and Resin Library will take back the goods (at no expense to you) for a full refund or replacement.
